Building Surveyor – Cornwall – Up to £45k + benefits
There is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Building Surveyor to join a well-established construction management consultancy based in their new Cornwall office.
This award winning, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy have a proven track record in delivering outstanding service to an impressive client base and boast an excellent staff retention rate, with each employee staying with the company for an average of 10 years. They have been successfully operating for over 50 years with an excellent track record of thriving in difficult market conditions.
With several key established clients in the area and a strong pipeline of work already in place, they are looking for a talented and driven Building Surveyor work on a number of prestigious local projects and become an integral part of their exciting growth plans and continuing success in Cornwall.
The practice has a wide range of interesting projects covering the Education, Health, Higher Education, Blue Light and Commercial sectors.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a Building Surveyor from a comparable consultancy background
- Be highly motivated and confident client facing
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a strong track record as a Building Surveyor with real aspirations to progress further
- Hold a relevant degree and ideally be professionally qualified (MRICS or equivalent),or working towards this.
