Description

  • Oversee and manage the financial operations of the multi-academy trust.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies and controls.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to optimise budget allocation.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies.
  • Act as the primary liaison for external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Manager should have:
