Responsibilities: As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for the well-being, development, and safety of the babies in our care. Specifically, your role will involve:
- Baby Room Management:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the baby room.

Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for infants.

Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to support their development.
- Child Care:

Providing personal care, including diaper changes and assisting with potty training.

Building strong relationships with the babies and ensuring their emotional needs are met.

Writing observations in learning profiles and tracking each child's progress.
- Safety and Environment:

Maintaining a child-friendly and safe play area.

Ensuring classrooms and outdoor spaces are conducive to learning and exploration.

Following health and safety guidelines rigorously.
- Communication:

Collaborating with parents, relatives, and carers to ensure smooth pick-up and drop-off routines.

Keeping parents informed about their child's positive progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Continuous Learning:

Staying up-to-date with early years learning developments.

Exploring new teaching methods and activities to enhance children's experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification: You should hold a full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children, ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or Nursery Assistant.
- Passion: A genuine passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
