We are currently recruiting for our client, based in Bedfordshire, for two HR Business Partners, on a 12 month FTC basis, offering 37 hrs a week.
Our client is a social housing provider, with a real focus on bringing positivity and success into the sector. The Job duties include:
- Coach, develop and support managers to resolve all types of cases
- Ensure fairness, consistency and legal compliance in all HR duties
- Provide options within a risk-based framework which is discussed with the HR Manager
- Enhance, modernise and promote people related processes and maximise HR system funtionaility
- Support the wider People Strategy and engagement initiatives
- Regular delivery of business updates
- Deliver and lead on the service and process improvements detailed in the HR operations Plan with agreed timescales
- Work within defined processes, system and workload trackers
