What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing multiple lift modernisation projects from start to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Leading project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, to ensure seamless collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Building and managing client relationships, keeping stakeholders informed on timelines, project milestones, and any emerging challenges.
- Ensuring full compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and quality guidelines throughout all project stages.
