This role is available on a working from home basis if you are not local to their Newcastle office. This role has excellent career progression, as well as monthly commission on achievement of targets.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be a crucial part of the sales team, you will be managing several lists by phone which will consist of active and regular clients, this will involve account reviews and pitching of new products along with maintaining the relationship.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Outbound calls - Calling lists of customers to re-establish contact and maintain ongoing relationships.
- New business - Using a list provided to contact and generate new business
- Directing inbound calls- helping their client lists when they call
- Building relationships with clients, getting to know their individual needs and how we can help
- Capture relevant information from the customers that supports the sales process
- Diarising and following up on opportunities in a timely manner, follow up all calls with an email
- Working very closely with the Account Managers in the field
