Working in a team of three, the Operations Assistant will be involved in all compliance initiatives across the firm from organising training, to amending policies and procedures to rolling out training. This is a key role and would be suited to someone who has previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Paraplanner or in Compliance who may now be looking to play a more central role to the day to day running of the company.

Day to day responsibilities of the Operations Assistant
- Act as a point of contact for all compliance queries within the firm
- Ensure the compliance manual is up to date and all updates from the FCA are rolled out across the business.
- Work in a team to continually monitor, update and review processes and compliance across the firm.
Required skills and qualifications.
- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Compliance Administrator
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail focused with a strong work ethic
