�? Marketing Executive Opportunity �?

In this key role, you will collaborate with Account Managers and Account Directors to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and collateral. ?? Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns in collaboration with clients, studio teams, and client services departments.
- Track media schedules and flag upcoming bookings in close collaboration with the media planning and buying team.
- Create campaign assets that are on brand, meet specifications, and convey the right message for various purposes and deadlines.
- Develop emailer campaigns using platforms such as Spotler, Beepro, and MailChimp.
- Update website content and imagery using WordPress.
- Implement content improvement recommendations provided by our in-house SEO experts.
- Provide project support as needed, including typing documents, briefing client amends, proofreading, research, image sourcing, and promotional item sourcing.
- Maintain a broad understanding of key media channels.
- Ensure quality control through meticulous proofreading and attention to detail.

- Well-organised with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Deadline-driven mindset, able to deliver results under pressure and work towards tight deadlines.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

- Comfortable working as part of a team and independently, taking initiative when needed.
