Forward Role is partnered with a growing healthcare company focused on delivering exceptional pharmaceutical services. With strong ties to the NHS hospital supply chain, they specialise in the aesthetics industry, ultimately setting the standard across the industry.
They are looking for a talented Content Lead to shape and drive content strategies across multiple channels for the brands they represent. This role is ideal for a passionate and creative individual with a talent for storytelling and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee content delivery across all company brands, ensuring a unique tone of voice for each
- Develop and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and websites, ensuring alignment with the PR strategy
- Ensure all content reflects the company's mission, values, and high standards
- Manage two freelance graphic designers, guiding their creative output
- Develop and refine content marketing strategies based on audience insights and industry trends
- Optimise content for search engines and track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with the PR and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a content leadership role (healthcare industry experience is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of brand tone of voice and cross-platform content creation
- Experience managing freelancers or creative teams
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple brands and tailor content to each brand's identity
- Proficiency in SEO and content optimisation
- Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools
