Commercial Property Manager Dublin €80,000 + bonus and benefits.

Overview:
This is a leading food retail organisation with a portfolio of over 200 units across the Republic of Ireland. As they continue to grow and develop their in house property team, they are now looking to appoint a Commercial Property Manager who will take on the management of their diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team responsible for the management of a large portfolio of retail units where our client act as the landlord.
  • Carrying out proactive day to day property management including involvement in negotiating re-gears, surrenders and lease renewals.
  • Liaise closely with external partners including landlords, developers, tenants, property professionals and legal business partners.
  • Carry out budget management and value engineering activities.
  • Managing service charges and rental payments.

Person Specification:

  • Ideally RICS or SCSI qualified or a proven track record in retail property management either from a property consultancy or clientside organisation.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property management including retail property experience.
  • Direct operational experience and knowledge of property & lease management.
  • Comfortable identifying opportunities and negotiating re-gears, lease renewals and surrenders.
  • Strong attention to technical detail allied to a proactive self-starter approach.
  • Either already based in the Dublin area or open to relocating.
  • Able to travel within the region of the portfolio.
