Major Players are working with a full-service, integrated sampling agency who specialise in creative, targeted strategies to connect brands with consumers. From large-scale experiential campaigns to direct-to-home deliveries, as well as digital, social activations and retail partnerships. Their client base spans primarily FMCG and Beauty. We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with significant experiential experience to join their team based in the Shoreditch area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day client communications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Understand creative, print, and production management processes to independently manage relationships
- Manage all administration and reporting for project management
- Create and manage campaign plans and schedules
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timing plans to clients in a timely manner.
- Oversee the financial process end-to-end, managing campaign spend, internal profit forecasts
- Proactively update colleagues, clients, and suppliers on task progress
- Stay informed about the sampling landscape and client sectors, sharing relevant information with colleagues.
- Support Directors on new business pitches
