Your new role...

Working in the demand generation part of the marketing team responsible for executing multi-channel marketing tactics that drive inbound leads and accelerate touchpoints within our target audiences.

You'll strive to deliver marketing excellence and execute campaigns in a smart and efficient way, always pushing yourself to deliver best in class marketing and constantly looking for those small improvements to our marketing campaigns - playing a huge role in helping Reed become the first port of call for people who want to make smarter recruitment decisions.

What you'll be doing...

  • Lead generation and routing: Support the digital marketing manager in sourcing, running and monitoring the best channels for inbound lead generation - ensuring our routing to sales is efficient.
  • Marketing campaign planning: Planning, executing, optimising and reporting on digital marketing campaigns. Using tactics including paid social, paid search, landing pages and email.
  • Local SEO: Ongoingly maintain and optimise our local search presence across our local office locations. Supported by external SEO agency and to drive up our organic search presence for key terms across the UK and producing monthly reports on review activity.
  • Email marketing: Oversee the creation and send of central email marketing campaigns including newsletters, nurture emails and auto-replies.
  • Sales enablement: Develop internal communications plans and build relationships with key sales stakeholders to empower our local sales teams to get the best from marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Marketing automation: Use the full suite of marketing tools in HubSpot to plan and build marketing automation that deliver a great customer experience including workflows, lists and chatbots.

Who we're looking for

  • A passionate marketer with around 3 years experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Experience working in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot
  • Experience with running paid advertising across social media and Google desirable
  • Someone who is not afraid to take ownership of tasks, projects and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including the senior leadership team
  • Someone who enjoys the challenge of learning new tactics regularly
