Dietitian- Band 5
Location: Chelsea
Start Date: ASAP End Date: (subject to review)
Hours: 8:30 - 4:30 Full time- (would consider part time depending on experience)
Adult Dietitan with experience in:
- Desirable - Knowledge of System One and Nerve Centre
- Inpatient ward cover.
- Oral and enteral feeding patients
- Facilitate discharges of nutrition support and enterally fed patients.
- Routine outpatient clinic.
- HCPC Regisration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work indpendently and as part of a multidisciplinary team multidisciplinary
- Comitment to providing high quality patient care
