Job Overview:
As an Export Processing Specialist, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring customers receive top-notch service. Your role will be pivotal in processing exports, tracking shipments, and maintaining seamless communication with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a first-class customer experience by managing all exports.
- Handle all types of customs entries with expertise and efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
- Provide proactive updates on shipments to ensure customers are always informed.
- Address any shipment delays promptly and professionally.

- Experience: Previous experience in exports/air freight operations within a freight forwarding company is essential.
