We need people who are focused on young people's emotional, social, and academic development. A degree of any kind is essential for this role, preferably in psychology, education or early years.

The successful candidates will have some experience as a Teaching Assistant, care worker , health worker or who has a proven background of supporting young people or adults with additional needs, but also has the passion and desire to enhance their skill set further.
