The Opportunity
A leading organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join its UK-based Customer Services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to a defined portfolio customers, ensuring a seamless experience from order to post-sale support.
This is a Permanent, full-time position with excellent benefits working in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact
- Provide product and application advice, manage order fulfilment, and support the full order lifecycle
- Handle customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution within service level target
- Collaborate with internal teams to represent the voice of the customer
- Support the wider Customer Service function when required
About you
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service experience
