New Homes Sales Administrator

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a New Homes Sales Administrator for a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent role paying £29,000 - £32,000 per annum. Office attendance is required twice per week.

The role:

  • Provide effective and efficient support to the Sales Team to maximise performance relating to sales activities, by providing administrative support as well as supporting Sales Advisors with sales progression updates to customers and solicitors
  • First point of contact for customers, answering calls and emails and responding to enquiries in relation to sales, market rent and re-sales
  • Support the team in overseeing the end-to-end sales process by proactively managing the day-to-day progression of reservations
  • Support Sales Advisors in progressing sales, including instructing solicitors and preparing legal sales documents
  • Maintain and update internal systems daily, recording reservations, exchanges and completions to assist Finance and Senior Management with weekly and monthly reporting
  • Administration of processing payments, raising PO numbers, processing invoices and updating budget tracker

What you need:

  • Experience of new build residential sales progression and knowledge of property legal conveyancing
  • Experience of working in an Estate Agents, Housing Association, or similar relevant environment
  • Understanding of shared ownership
