As the
FP&A Manager
, you will be responsible for managing the efficient processing and preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and related performance information in order to facilitate management decision-making. You will ensure that financial information feeding into the process is accurate, consistent, and complete by developing a thorough understanding of the operating model and then challenging the data where necessary.

- You will be responsible for managing the efficient processing and preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis
- You will make sure that financial information feeding into the process is accurate and complete
- You will run the annual budgeting process, developing robust financial forecasts to support long-term planning and cash flow management
- You will assist strategic decision-making by developing and maintaining financial models
- You will evaluate and enhance FP&A processes to increase efficiency
- You will create credible working relationships with stakeholders
What the client is looking for
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with PQE
- Proven experience of financial planning and analysis
- Experience of liaising with stakeholders across the business
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have a continuous improvement mindset
