We looking for a Stores Co-ordinator to join our team based in Manvers, Rotherham. You will report into the Stores Manager, working as part of a team of two in this busy department to ensure the efficient running of the engineering stores including maintaining stock levels, dealing with quotes, POs, and orders, receiving stock, and returning repair items as well as communicating with internal and external customers.

Description

You will report into the Stores Manager, working as part of a team of two in this busy department to ensure the efficient running of the engineering stores including maintaining stock levels, dealing with quotes, POs, and orders, receiving stock, and returning repair items as well as communicating with internal and external customers. You will be responsible for inventory checks and security procedures and, updating the SAP system. We have a strong health and safety and, hygiene culture, you will play your part to observe these standards.

Profile

We are ideally looking for candidates that have worked in a busy Stores/Stock related role and understand the manufacturing environment, have experience of using SAP or other related software systems, a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy, are numerate with good communication skills.

Additionally within this role you will be required to load / unload stock and deliveries therefore a forklift licence would be a benefit. If you haven't got a licence you will need to be willing to be put through training to achieve this licence.

Job Offer

  • Salary upto £27,000
  • Hours 07:00 - 16.30 Monday to Friday
