This client is a top 5 tech giant and owner of some of the world's most popular social media platforms and instant messaging apps, connecting billions of people across the globe.

Job Description:

The Global Partnerships team at this organization works closely with the leading content creators in the world, including creators, public figures, music artists, athletes and Entertainment & Sports media Companies. This role will focus on driving product adoption, operational efficiency and business value for the business with these top partners in EMEA. The role will work closely with Partner Solutions Managers, Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, Marketing, Data Analysts, and Media Operations to help Facebook and our partners unlock business value across the organisations family of apps.

The team works on a wide range of product initiatives within the business, predominantly focusing on Facebook, Instagram, Threads & Whatsapp, including: Reels, Monetisation, GenAI, Broadcast Channels. The team also provides horizontal enablement across these areas for deals, content strategy and planning, audience development, product marketing, creative strategy, scaled outreach, and company-wide efforts like cultural relevance, IP regulation, racial justice initiatives and curation.

We are looking for someone to join our Partner Solutions team and operate as Data Ops Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Global Partnerships team in various data-related tasks such as data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization. You will manage projects related to product analytics, market analysis, and operational efficiency, and collaborate with other teams to develop data-driven solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using various internal and external tools and technologies
  • Identify trends, patterns and insights from data and communicate findings to stakeholders, informing decision-making;
  • Develop templates and reports that effectively communicate key metrics and insights about the Creator ecosystem in EMEA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
  • Be the point-of-contact for Data teams, translating methodologies to partners managers and being our voice on providing feedback about tooling and dashboards
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve data quality, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Be able to ruthlessly prioritize between multiple tasks and duties
  • Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in data analysis, social media, partner or project management
  • Advanced experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets and Tableau
  • Experience using data to spot opportunities
  • Great communication skills, including the ability to turn complex data into actionable narratives for non-technical roles
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
  • Experience using Facebook and/or Instagram to help partners or clients reach their goals
  • Detail-oriented
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the talent/influencer and/or Entertainment Company landscape and the evolving players across Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop creative partner or client activations
  • Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment
  • Experience prioritizing conflicting demands and projects, focusing on impact
  • Self-starter, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever changing environment
