About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major residential development project in the heart of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale build, managing the joinery package within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of the joinery package for a major residential development (Structural/First Fix Carpentry, Second Fix Carpentry).
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Collaborate with the Block Manager and a team of around 30 operatives per block.
Oversee site activities.
Project Overview
A large-scale residential development of split across three blocks .
Central Birmingham location.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or multi-unit schemes.
Strong knowledge of timber frame construction and joinery packages.
Confident leading site teams and liaising with client.
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Weekend work may be required based on project needs.
