This role is full-time, working 37 hours per week.

Day to day duties of the role

  • To ensure the integration of the faculty's 'What it Takes' mantra across all programs, encompassing Apprentices, Adults, and Full-time Learners.
  • Upholding and championing the 'Non-Negotiables' across all faculty programs, with these values rooted in the college's Ready to Learn standards.
  • Monitoring attendance, offering strategies for team improvement, tracking patterns, and empowering the team to take proactive measures to enhance attendance across all programs, including those focused on mathematics and English proficiency.
  • Monitoring punctuality, offering strategies for team improvement, tracking patterns, and empowering the team to take proactive measures to enhance punctuality across all programs, including those focused on mathematics and English proficiency.

Required skills and qualifications

  • A Teaching Qualification at level 4 and above.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
