Role: Support Worker
Salary: £31,036.20 per annum
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (51.5 hours a week)
Shift Pattern: Week 1 - Monday 7:30-22:00, Tuesday 7:30-22:00, Friday 1-22:00 Saturday 7:30-22:00 Sunday 7:30-22:00 Week 2 - Wednesday 7:30-22:00, Thursday 7:30-22:00
Location: Thatcham, Berkshire
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence required and access to own vehicle
We want our occupants to have the best support possible, and therefore you'll receive an exceptional salary package including:
- Salary:£31,036.20 per annum
- Welcome Bonus: Receive a £1000 Welcome Bonus split between £500 after 1 month service and a further £500 after passing 6 months probation.
Our next Residential Childcare Worker will be someone who has:
- Mandatory: A Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle

The Opportunity
Acorn Education are recruiting a Support Worker to join our team in the Berkshire region.
Ramsworth Cottage offers support for vulnerable young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs.
This home is based in Tadley and is within commutable distance from Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury, Slough and other surrounding towns and villages.
