Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Location: Based at a clinic in Carshalton, Surrey
Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Children's Therapies unit. This role involves working with children who present with a wide range of conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Cerebral Palsy (CP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide treatment for children with various developmental and physical conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and support to young patients.
- Use your expertise in sensory integration (SI) to tailor interventions for children with complex needs.
- Provide support and guidance to families and carers throughout the therapeutic process.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration
- Previous paediatric experience is essential.
- Training and experience in Sensory Integration (SI) are required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
