Senior Business Support Officer (Hybrid) needed in Liverpool £15.99ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1308560

This post is to support the Workforce Development / Academy team, Practice Development Officers and Principal Social Worker to ensure the team run smoothly and effectively in the management of all student and ASYE placements.

This is a 6 month initial placement. Hybrid working pattern with on site working at least 3 days per week (these are not set days and will be dependent on business need).

Tasks include;

  • Organisation of training booking events room invite, track attendance, certificate issuing
  • Issue and recall IT equipment
  • Student placement and Practice Educator activity registered
  • Grant application
  • ASYE portal registration
  • Purchase orders from training commissioning – this includes that supervision training,
  • MOMO implementation

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all IT systems, they will be confident in all communication and be able to produce high quality consistent work within highly pressurised timescales.
They will ideally have excellent organisation and time management skills and be able to use their own initiative working autonomously.
Ideally will have understanding of social care and social work.

This is a Full time role on a temporary basis.
