Opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join a leading property investment company on a 6 month contract basis. Based in London, you will be supporting the commercial finance team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting annual Budget and quarterly forecasting process
- Providing financial support to aid decision making
- Preparing monthly analysis on operational performance
- Producing monthly reporting
- Producing cashflow analysis
- Ad hoc tasks as required
The candidate:
- Qualified accountant
- Experience of management accounting, ideally practice trained BAS or industry qualified
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Team player
- Advanced IT skills
