Our client is recuriting for a highly skilled Field Services Engineer on a temp - permanent basis covering the region of Scotland (Perth, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness, Dundee and Aberdeen.
Key responsibilities include:
- Active directory: creating / deleting users, group policies
- Supporting MS365: Teams, Outlook, email issues
- Network support: VPNs, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP
- Windows 10 + 11
- Frequent travel covering engineers on sick / holiday leave
- Managing the ServiceNow ticketing system
To qualify:
- Full drivers' license + car (company viehicle will be provided after probhation)
- Flexible to travel long distance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass government level security clearance (British passport + no criminal records)
