Litigation Executive (Paralegal) - Catastrophic & Complex Injury

W e are currently recruiting for a Litigation Executive to work within the Catastrophic and Complex Injury department in our London office.

Working directly with one of the Partners is a great opportunity for someone to progress their career at Horwich Farrelly. The role will include working in various areas of insurance law including Motor, Public Liability and Employers Liability in claims involving large loss with high value.

What will you be doing?

You will be not only be trusted to work by your own guidance but as part of our successful Complex and catastrophic injury team. As you will have already completed a law degree/GDL/LPC or equivalent qualifications and have previous file handling experience/ worked in the insurance industry you will be ready to assist and handle a caseload of defendant files.

Your main role will be to assist one of the Partners however you will also be working as part of small team of experienced professionals in an engaging and driven environment. This will be a challenging yet rewarding role as not only do we promote strong relationships and results for our clients we also promote strong working relationships within the team.

What do I need?

You will need to have completed a law degree, LPC or GDL and have a minimum of 12 months experience in a claim handling role, handling preferably a litigated defendant caseload.
