IT Technician

Sunderland/Onsite
Day-to-day:
- Supporting a variety of clients onsite with reactive support as well as project work
- Supporting clients through remote support
- Assisting the service desk and getting to work on interesting tickets
- Consulting the varied client base on systems upgrades
- Providing high-quality support on desktops, servers, and cloud platforms
