Teaching Assistant role & responsibilities:
? Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
? Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
? Work with the teacher in lesson planning,evaluatingand adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
? Deliver catch-up sessions, one to one support and small group learning
Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:
? Mustpossessgood numeracy and literacy skill
