Overview:
We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join the team as we embark on an exciting phase of our software development programme, Viridian Vantage.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Data Analyst to support the production of our SaaS Power BI reporting. This role is pivotal in analysing, organising, and interpreting data to aid our healthcare consultancy services, particularly in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.

Location: Worcester/Remote with occasional travel.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of our Power BI platform.
  • Aid in Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Create compelling visualisations to make complex data easily understandable.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in BI reporting.
  • Conduct data cleansing and analysis for ETL preparation.
  • Data reconciliation and quality checks
  • Supporting programs of work with ad-hoc analytics and questions.
  • Documentation of processes as they evolve.

What we are looking for:
Essential / Required skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • SQL Query knowledge
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills

Desirable, but not essentia skills:

  • Azure Synapse (Microsoft Fabric Suite)
  • Knowledge of NHS/Healthcare Datasets
  • A previous NHS Role
  • Workforce Management

Entry requirements:

Standard entry:

  • Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc)
  • OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)

Plus:

  • 5 GCSE's, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
  • Experience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
