Successful international law firm seeks a new HR Advisor to join their Human Resources / Talent Advisory team to provide expert guidance, advice, and support on their full range of HR services.
- Salary to £55,000
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
- 9:30am – 5:30pm
HR Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Manage investigations and support with hearings on disciplinary, capability and grievances policies
- Work closely with the HR & Talent Assistants, this role is responsible for the employee lifecycle processes
- Ensure onboarding and induction are handled effectively
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Have wellbeing conversations and liaise with Occupational Health Advisors
- Support the annual performance, salary, and bonus review process
HR Advisor Key Skills & Requirements:
- 2-3 years HR experience (preferably within a law firm)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and in writing
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and HR systems
