**Customer Service Executive / Account Manager - Packaging & Labels

Role: The successful candidate must have the ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts to deliver an excellent customer experience.
You will be responsible for day-to-day administration duties within the Customer Service Team, including managing customer orders from start to finish.
You will be a team player, working closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless process is achieved.
- Processing customer orders, and managing to completion
- Liaising with Planning, Operational and Despatch teams regarding customer orders
- Respond to pricing, stock and delivery enquiries
- Monitor account performance and associated improvement projects
- Managing customer projects through the business
- Serves as a day-to-day contact
- Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
- Ensure high quality standards in all client deliverables
- Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle
- Creating job briefs and booking in jobs
- Dealing with client queries and complaints whilst project managing ongoing projects
- Keeping customer records up to date
Requirements:
- Packaging / Print / Labels industry experience
- Proven account / project management within an agency / packaging manufacturers
- Technical knowledge or printing processes - print and packaging
- Ability to use MIS systems
- Ability to input data and process orders
- Team collaboration skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- You are organised and calm under pressure
