Description
You will be working with a rapidly growing business, supporting the Service Delivery Manager creating policies and procedures, and helping to shape the IT function as the business goes through this fantastic expansion. In this role you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience with a host of further fantastic benefits. This role is Hybrid and offers Flexible working. There is occasional travel to the other 2 sites based in York and Midlands.

What you will bring to the role:
- Exposure to core Microsoft products such as SharePoint, Office 365, Teams and IT security packages.
- Design, support and implement IT policies, processes and procedures for employees.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a 1st & 2nd line IT Support role is essential.
- Working exposure to supporting MS Teams within a larger business would be desirable.
- Knowledge of server maintenance and/or network management.
- Liaise with 3rdparty IT suppliers who supply day to day IT support and hardware to the business.
