Sous Chef - Fantastic Opportunity with Award Winning Restaurant
A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Norfolk for a Sous Chef to work in the kitchen of their award winning Fine Dining Restaurant.This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for dinner service only so no lunches. This is a fantastic Sous Chef opportunity.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary package to £40k including tips
- 5 days from 7 - Start at 12 noon - no splits or earlies
- 47.5 hour week

The Role
- Working in the award winning kitchen using fresh, local & seasonal produce
- Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
- Preparing meals using fresh ingredients on a daily basis. All dishes made on site daily
- Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head & Sous Chef
The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef or a strong CDP or Junior Sous Chef looking for promotion.
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
- Experience of working in fresh food kitchens ideally to 2AA rosette level or higher
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
