The LTA are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School on the edge of Bolton and Chorley. The school are wanting a TA3 to work on a 1:1 basis with a child who displays challenging behaviour, in a Y4 class. You must be a strong character and have an assertive nature. Previous experience in dealing with challenging behaviour is essential. The role is to start on Monday 3rd June and will run through until at least the summer, possibly beyond. The hours each day are from 8.45am – 3.30pm. Pay for the role is £15.09 p/h, therefore £471.56 per week (gross).
Candidates must have:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience of working with children who have challenging behaviour
A strong positive work ethic
The availability to work 31.25 hours per week
