Business Analyst
Permanent - paying up to £74,000
Hybrid - 3 days a week in office
Buckinghamshire

A growing organisation in the retail sector are growing their technology team and are looking to hire a seasoned Business Analyst to help sustain the growth of the organisation. This role will be working closely with the Product Owner to improve digitisation and analyse processes with internal Stakeholders.
This Business Analyst role will require experience with the following:
- Working as a Sole BA - with experience influencing senior Stakeholders
- Experience within Retail/Procurement would be beneficial.
- Process mapping, outlining the 'as-is' and 'to-be', and supporting the Product Owner in Change management.
- You must be comfortable in a fast-moving, quick-changing environment!
- Be an exceptional communicator, detail orientated and comfortable working in an environment that is going through a large amount of change.
- Previous experience growing a BA function would be beneficial.
