We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join this exciting project just outside Thatcham. This pub will be reopening with a Basque concept, with a stunning, brand new open kitchen that will boast a large wood fired grill and wood oven! Using fresh ingredients, almost all dishes will be cooked using wood fire, think whole Fish, aged meats, slow roasted shoulders of Lamb and more!
The right Chef de Partie will have a fresh food back and will be passionate about delivering great food and dining experiences for the guests. You will have a good attention to detail and be a good team player, to be part of what will be, an incredible launch.
