Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner
Job description: We are recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner, to work at a reputable organisation based in Warwick, on a permanent basis.
You will be expected to:
- Building and managing financial plans
- Providing financial leadership for finance related matters back to other departments
- Building, managing, and developing a finance team
- Ensuring budgets and forecast are supported by business-owned assumptions
- Supporting the CFO with interpretation of financial metrics
- Being the key financial link between different departments
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Accountant with externa audit background (desirable)
- Have the ability to demonstrate financial and business leadership
- Have a track record in driving commercial benefit
- Be a relationship builder
- Be organised and have good communication skills
