Our client, a well-established business, is looking for an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant to join their busy team, to provide comprehensive HR, operational and administrative support.

This role is office based and has come up because of an internal promotion in the HR team.

This would suit someone who is looking at starting their HR career perfectly, working within a very nice and supportive business.

Responsibilities as HR Administrator/Assistant

  • Support with Employee Relations
  • Preparation of letters, documentation and notifications
  • End-to-end HR Administration support
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment and induction support
  • Manage HR and Payroll records
  • Onboarding and offboarding

What you need to bring:

  • Excellent communication and time management Skills
  • Strong administrative skills, using Microsoft packages
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
