Commercial Customer Service Coordinator
Do you have excellent Shipping and Customer Service Skills and looking for a new role within the shipping sector Our client, al leading shipping company serving the Caribbean is looking to recruit a Commercial Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team at their offices in Fareham.
The Role:
As a Commercial Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing & collating shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, invoices a packing list, HMRC export clearance, update shipping information. The successful candidate will manage documentation & information flow both internally and dealing with clients & other logistics companies, process export bookings accurately and provide quotes to customers within the time frame plus support other departments when required.
Essential Criteria:
Experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping
Familiar with shipping documentation
Customs clearance experience
Excellent customer services skills and a can do attitude
