A well-established and reputable architectural practice is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Architecture to join their team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a talented team leader, Architect, or Technologist to make a significant impact across multiple sectors, including Blue Light, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Leisure.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Associate Director:

  • Lead and inspire a team of architects and technologists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Deliver high-quality architectural designs and solutions using Revit and BIM, ensuring best practices and standards are met.
  • Manage projects effectively from inception through to completion, maintaining close communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the business, working closely with senior management.
  • Proven experience as a team leader in an architectural practice, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across the mentioned sectors.
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM is essential, with hands-on experience in delivering projects using these tools.
  • Previous experience in an AJ 100 Practice is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Relevant qualifications: ARB registered if an Architect or CIAT accredited if applying as a Senior Architectural Technologist.
  • Substantial UK based experience.
