Job Overview: We are seeking an outstanding and energetic Assistant Headteacher to join our School, a designated Outstanding Primary Residential SEMH School. As an Assistant Headteacher, you'll play a crucial role in supporting children aged 5 to 11 years with complex behavioural, social, and emotional difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive excellence in teaching and learning.
- Foster a warm, homely, and happy environment for students.
- Demonstrate commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Understand and address the unique needs of children with SEMH.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant leadership experience.
- Passion for working with children facing complex challenges.
- Ability to participate in Physical Intervention (training provided).
