Our client, a highly regarded property consultancy business, is looking for an Executive Assistant, ideally from a property background, to join the team. A 1:1 role, you will be solely supporting the Managing Director - an enthusiastic, dedicated person who needs a reliable, bubbly and energetic EA.
Offering plenty of scope for progression, this is a boutique practice where the wider team have stayed for many years.
Typical tasks will include:
- Diary management for the Managing Director
- Email correspondence
- Booking client lunches, dinners and meetings
- Assisting with company charity and/or property events and liaising with the relevant organisers and administrators
- Arranging Zoom/Teams meetings and conference calls as instructed
- Arranging domestic and international travel for the Managing Director
- Drafting sales memorandums and letters
- Implementation and continued monitoring of legally required documents including AML
- Land Registry searches as and when required
- Company searches as and when required
- Update templates, guidelines and forms for the wider use of the team as necessary
- Maintain and update property stock list
- Office Management tasks - first point of contact for the phones and redirecting calls to the appropriate person, liaising with external IT company for any IT issues
You will be:
- Executive Assistant with minimum 3 year's experience
- Property background ideal
- Bubbly, energetic personality
- High attention to detail
- Multi-tasker
- Willing to work 5 days in the office
- Excellent communication skills
