A highly regarded Construction Consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work within their major projects team and support their Middle East office remotely.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working for the company's Middle Eastern clients on significant projects including high spec hotels, sport stadiums, and airports - all of which can be done remotely/WFH.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be heavily involved in the day to day cost management - pre and post contract and must be comfortable undertaking a project delivery role.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or 10+ years' Quantity Surveying experience
- Must have worked for a UK construction consultancy / PQS firm
- Excellent pre and post cost management experience
- Hotel or stadium project experience would be a plus, but not essential
- Able to work independently and at pace
