Description

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Working closely with the customer service team to meet service level agreements
  • Assisting with the resolution of customer complaints
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service procedures and practices
  • Participating in training and development opportunities

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

Job Offer
