Employee Benefits Administrator

My client in Sittingbourne is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to support their clients with all elements of their benefits and personal finance whilst ensuring a first-class service.

Main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Company new joiner processing
  • Processing letters of authority from clients
  • Processing of group personal pension monthly contributions
  • Communicating with existing and former clients, providers and advisers via email/letter and phone
  • Support employers/employees with any Private Medical insurance claims/issues
  • Support employees with the auto-enrolment process
  • Sending communications to employees regarding salary sacrifice, AE rate changes, claiming back higher tax rate etc and assisting with any related queries

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who have office experience with an understanding of pensions and core employee benefits products such as life assurance and private medical. You will be able to prioritise work whilst displaying excellent attention to detail. You will be articulate, friendly and have a good sense of humour whilst always acting with honesty and integrity. A CII qualification in financial services or pensions would be highly advantageous.
