The Client:
A leading provider of modular construction solutions in the UK, aiming to improve construction efficiency, reduce on-site labour, and enhance build quality through innovative off-site manufacturing techniques.
The Role:
- To coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, monitoring and managing the CEO's email inbox and arranging any travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transportation etc.
- To prepare agendas, documents, presentations and other materials for meetings attended or led by the CEO
- To serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the CEO.
- Assist the CEO in managing various projects, providing research analysis and administrative support as required
The Successful Candidate:
- Will have proven experience as an EA or similar role, support C-level executives
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
What's on offer?
- £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
