Business Analyst

They are now looking for a number of experienced Business Analysts, to start with the business from their Manchester offices ASAP! This is a hybrid, contracted opportunity lasting around 12 months.
Duties:
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to understand complex processes and document this in a clear and concise manner.
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting and running workshops, gathering requirements, process mapping, user stories and the documentation of these.
- Working with a range of stakeholders internally and across the business to define the requirements, processes, procedures, approvals, and pain points of existing processes.
- Support the running of workshops to discuss the services, processes and gather and document requirements.
- Produce project documentation for example Business Requirements documentation, flow diagrams, User Stories, etc.
- Identify improvements and overlaps to streamline the catalogue and user experience.
- Working with the internal teams to review solutions and to hand over requirement specifications.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
- Must have a BA qualification, BCS or similar
- Desirable: Industry experience within Telecoms, Media or Tech
- Analytical and logical with an excellent work ethic

- A basic salary of between £50-60k pro-rata, based on eventual contract duration
