The role
Reporting to the Full-stack Principal Engineer, you will contribute to the design and delivery of Technology change initiatives, both client and colleague facing. As an experienced software developer, you will be 100% hands-on and will be responsible for the for contributing to product team delivery of brownfield and greenfield change initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation. You will also lead a small team and have the responsibilty of guiding and mentoring more junior developers.
Requirements
- Commercial experience at Senior level
- Strong commercial experience using C#, .Net
- Microsoft Azure
- Testing frameworks and best practices
- Highly motivated individual with a passion for innovation
- Past experience in a leadership/mentoring role
